They even asked if we had a coupon for Quadrafire and gladly accepted it! On top of the easy special order and coupon, because the unit we selected is a built in fireplace, it qualified for tax free through NY State capital improvement. They provided the paper we needed to fill out. Picking up our fireplace was a breeze as well. The only problem was Quadrafire was slow to ship the fireplace. (over 3 weeks) Would go back to Kitchen Home & Hearth for sure!
