  I guess the first mistake we made was to show up to your showroom 20 minutes before closing (how dare we. But you know, we work for a living and your business closes at 5PM!). The second mistake we made was to bring our kids to your precious showroom (again, how dare we. But you know, our kids are 5 and 2 and leaving them home alone is frowned upon). Just to clarify, our kids did NOT ill behave in your store. They did not run, they did not scream, they did not act up or destroy anything. But the moment they dared to sit (!) on one of your showroom toilets, they were reprimanded (!) by the lady sitting at the desk in the back. Gave her the benefit of the doubt she may have merely been concerned over their safety. A few minutes later, however, she did it again because my daughter dared to touch (!) the rocks in the showroom sink. Really, lady? It’s a showroom, not a museum. None of your stuff was at risk at any point. Trust me, I’m the parent and I will watch and correct my kids if I deem it necessary. This, however, was absolutely disrespectful behavior on your part. Lost our business and do NOT recommend Frank Webb in Binghamton, NY to anyone, especially if you have kids.
