  Not a fan of this location as I've caught a few people hanging out by my car the few times I've come to this location. Definitely not the safest location given the neighboring neighborhood.

  Was there with my brother (who as severe anxiety )for a prescription after we had renewed his insurance. The pharmacy tech was nice and explained it might take a little while to try and update it all. Which is fine not a problem. Maybe 5 minutes go by and the pharmacist comes over (older Indian woman to clarify which pharmacist) she explains to me that my brother must not have insurance and that any documentation we have are invalid. I attempted to explain that no we just spoke with excellus. Her response was”no I have tried everything it does not work, now just go” Her lack of customer service skills are inexcusable. I was very respectful as I myself work customer service so I was floored when I was told to just go as if I was some bum begging for change. Only reason I gave three stars was because the pharmacist the next night was very nice and accommodating to the issue. Be aware it’s a lick of the draw whether or not you’ll be treated with respect at this pharmacy.
