  Purchased an item that was $20. Later found out the same exact item was $12 at Wal-mart and they refused to price match or give me store credit back. Won't shop here again.

  ER called in prescription around 2:00 in the afternoon and at 5:00 I was told it was going to be another hour. I live 20 minutes away, wasn't waiting and certainly was not driving back. Thank you CVS for allowing my husband to be in pain in all night! Maybe you need to hire more people or get people in there that can do there jobs efficiently!
